Terms of service

1. Quotations and bookings

Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid until the date shown. Changes in cargo, route, timing or carrier rates may change the price.

A booking is confirmed when Desc Logistics accepts it in writing or begins performing the service.

2. Your responsibilities

You must describe your goods accurately, provide complete documents on time and make sure the goods are lawfully packed, marked and allowed to be transported.

Duties, taxes, storage and other charges imposed by authorities or third parties are payable by you unless agreed otherwise.

3. Payment

Invoices are payable within the terms stated on them. Desc Logistics may hold goods until outstanding amounts are paid, as permitted by law.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies.
